The director of “Men in Black” and “Get Shorty” is getting out of the Hamptons. Barry Sonnenfeld has sold his four-bedroom North Haven summer home for $2.15 million, after buying it in 2003 for $1.89 million.
The house, located on Ezekillis Hollow, close to designer Nicole Miller and Jimmy Buffett, has a pool and waterfront views.
The New York-born and -raised director - who, along with his wife, Susan, spends time at their homes on both coasts - sold a seven-bedroom, 10,000- square-foot bayfront Amagansett mansion on 2acres in January 2004 for $8.87 million.
