Gene Brickman, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Assistant Chief, Planning Division will speak this Friday, March 18, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. at John Duck’s Restaurant, 15 Prospect Street, Southampton (on North Main Street) about such topics as the progress made at Camp Hero and East Hampton Town’s shoreline legislation. That proposal would allow permanent hardened structures on Montauk’s beaches.
