How is it that I am now getting my local news from Utah? Marc Guido, the editor of First Tracks Online just informed me that the visionary behind the $750 million Riverhead ski Resort has exit stage right.
According to an article in Newsday, local lawyers will continue to bill their clients and plan to carry the bid forward regardless of the fact that it would be suicidal for Riverhead Supervisor Philip Cardinale to support it. I can see and hear those clever attack pieces now.
Since this “sweeps the table clean”, Ozone is putting together a bid. I trust that the readers of this blog could come up with a better use of the land. Any and all Ideas are welcome.
